The World Championship of Legends (WCL) T20 competition is scheduled to return for its second season following an unforgettable debut. The 2025 season will take place from July 18 to August 2, over 16 days.

The league is presently scheduled to play in four cities: Edgbaston in Birmingham, Northamptonshire in Northampton, and Grace Road in Leicester and Headingley in Leeds. The WCL’s objective of reaching a wider audience is in line with this expansion into Leicester and Leeds.

WCL Season 2 tickets are currently on sale at wclcricket.com. Over the course of 16 days, the tournament will include 18 matches, with the grand finale taking place on August 2 and the eagerly awaited India vs. Pakistan match taking place on July 20.

WCL chief executive officer Harshit Tomar said: “Our goal has always been to celebrate the legacy of cricket by bringing its greatest legends back to the field. Expanding WCL into four cities allows us to give more fans the chance to experience the magic of this tournament firsthand”.
