Vikas Kohli, Kohli and Sharma’s authorised signatory, purchased the 3350 sq. m. land parcel at Zirad village in Alibaug, Maharashtra’s Raigad district. The property cost Rs 19.24 crore to purchase. According to the records, the sale was registered on September 1, 2022.
Developer of real estate Samira Land Assets Private Limited, represented by Sonali Rajput, is the seller. According to the paperwork, they paid stamp duty in the amount of Rs. 1.15 crore.
