The Netflix series Never Have I Ever has shot to the top of the streaming service’s list of most-watched shows, and we can thoroughly see why.
Season two just debuted on Netflix a few days ago. Since its release, Never Have I Ever has effectively claimed the number two spot on the list of top-rated shows. (It’s right now ranked behind Virgin River and in front of Manifest, Heist, Sex/Life and Atypical.)
Season one acquaints watchers with Devi Vishwakumar (Maitreyi Ramakrishnan), an Indian-American young person who’s determined to ascend the social ladder at school. Season two gets right where we left off in the past installment (just after a monstrous cliffhanger).
The new episodes focus on Devi as she battles to pick between Ben (Jaren Lewison) and Paxton (Darren Barnet). We will not part with something over the top, however we should simply say the love triangle leads to hilarious results.
The official synopsis reads, “After a traumatic year, an Indian-American teen just wants to spruce up her social status—but friends, family and feelings won’t make it easy on her.”
Never Have I Ever was made by Mindy Kaling (The Mindy Project) and Lang Fisher (Brooklyn Nine-Nine). Notwithstanding Ramakrishnan and Lewison, the show stars Poorna Jagannathan (Nalini), Richa Moorjani (Kamala), Lee Rodriguez (Fabiola) and Ramona Young (Eleanor).
BRB, re-watching season one of Never Have I Ever prior to bscheduling truly necessary plunge into the new episodes.
