The Ravens have been active on the first night of the 2022 draft, with the Cardinals picking up safety Kyle Hamilton at No. 14 for the 23rd overall pick before facing receiver Marquis Brown.
But after trading from No. 23 to Buffalo No. 25 and No. 130, Baltimore selected Iowa Center Tyler Linderbaum as the 25th overall pick in the 2022 draft.
Linderbaum has started 35 games for Iowa in the last three seasons. He won the Remington Award as the nation’s highest center in 2021 and was named the Big Ten Offensive Lineman of the Year.
Linderbaum will probably replace Bradley Bozeman, who started 16 games at the center for the Ravens in 2021 but signed for free agency with the Panthers.
The Ravens now have six fourth-round picks for Saturday.
