An aggregate of 29 players were held in the Elite Retained Players class as teams start drafting their squads for season VII. The quantity of Elite Retained Players for the upcoming season has expanded from the past season’s number of 21. The non-held players will go under the hammer at the auctions to be held on the eighth and ninth of April 2019, PKL proprietors Mashal Sports has expressed in a Press release.
The 12 franchisees have held an aggregate of 29 players. Patna Pirates and Telgu Titans have retained the most number of players with four players each, while Puneri Paltan have not held any player.
