Georgia’s down planned for Oct. 24 at Kentucky has been moved to Oct. 31, the SEC office reported Friday night.
The opening shot will be around early afternoon and broadcast on the SEC Network.
The switch was because of Covid-related issues at Vanderbilt and Florida, making a few challenges be moved around.
Initially, Georgia should have an open date in front of their game the next week in Jacksonville against Florida.
Under the change, the Gators will have Missouri on Oct. 31, after initially being scheduled to play on the 24th.
On Monday it was reported, that because of positive tests and isolate at Vanderbilt, the Commodores’ down at Missouri initially set for Saturday has been rescheduled for Dec. 12.
Wednesday, it was declared that, because of positive tests and isolate at Florida, Saturday’s down against LSU was moved to Dec. 12, notwithstanding the Gators’ down against Missouri being pushed back to Oct. 31.
