Curry Scores 38 Points as the Warriors Defeat Milwaukee 125-111

The Golden State Warriors defeated the Milwaukee Bucks 125-111 on Monday night thanks to a dominant fourth quarter led by Stephen Curry, who scored a season-high 38 points.

Jimmy Butler’s second game with the Warriors ended with 20 points, 9 rebounds, and 6 assists. Buddy Hield scored 16 more points.

The Bucks were in action for the second day in a row following their 135-127 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers at home on Sunday. Additionally, Giannis Antetokounmpo, the two-time MVP, has missed Milwaukee’s sixth consecutive game due to a left calf strain. He will be sidelined through the All-Star break. The Bucks had 38 points from Damian Lillard.

For the past seven away games, Golden State has a 2-2 record.

Warriors: Butler keeps making his new squad seem like an easy move. In Saturday’s 132-111 victory over Chicago, he scored 25 points.

Bucks: In six of its last eight games, Milwaukee has given up at least 123 points. Additionally, the Bucks damaged themselves by making 20 turnovers.

The Warriors led 89-83 going into the final quarter after Butler scored the last six points of the third quarter. For the remainder of the game, Golden State maintained its lead.

Golden State finished with 17 more field-goal attempts than Milwaukee and recorded a season-high 16 steals.

The Bucks will go to Minnesota on Wednesday, while the Warriors will visit Dallas.
