Gordon Hayward’s misfortune with wounds seems to have followed him to Charlotte.
Hayward, who signed a four-year, $120 million agreement with the Hornets a month ago subsequent to spending the previous three seasons with the Boston Celtics, suffered a separation crack of the fifth metacarpal to his right side (shooting) hand during Charlotte’s 112-109 misfortune to the Toronto Raptors on Monday.
The Hornets said his profit will be based for pain tolerance and comfort level.
