On talking about the F&B business he plans to develop and grow in the UK, Akshay Aggarwal, taking inspiration from his businessman father Mr Anil Parkash Aggarwal, says that over the years, he has noticed a meteoric rise of the F&B business across the UK and since he even studied there, he saw how industries worked and grew there. As a result, he learned the “its and bits” of founding and running businesses, learning from his father’s successes, and developed a plan to start an F&B business in the UK.
He has already finalized one restaurant in the country and now is looking for multiple outlets. Akshay Aggarwal also wants to go for QSR (quick-service restaurant) business model, where he doesn’t want any unnecessary investments to be made for interior decorations, parking spaces or the sitting arrangements, rather wants to focus on the quality of the food and the customer service given, serving fast-food cuisines.
Under their company, “Yellow Ant Hospitality”, Akshay Aggarwal and his brother Anant are looking forward to growing their F&B business in the UK and creating their unique niche, thriving on their winning business models and knowledge and expertise as learned entrepreneurs.
Akshay Aggarwal has dived into multiple business fields, right from auto-components, NBFC, entertainment, distillery, to oil and gas pipelines, and education and now hopes to achieve the same success in the F&B business.
