James Wiseman is back in action and could see the floor soon for the Warriors this summer.
In his exit interview after the Warriors ’NBA Finals victory over the Boston Celtics, Weizmann said he has a“ 90 percent ”chance of playing in the upcoming summer league. He spoke to reporters Wednesday after the Warriors’ practice and discussed how excited he was to return to the court after the rehabilitation of a torn meniscus that had sidelined him for the entire 2021-22 season.
“Dude, that sounds great,” Weizmann told reporters. “Dude, in these whole year and a half I’ve learned a lot about myself as a person. I’ve endured a lot of trials and tribulations, but I’m here now and we’re practicing. But I felt so good today, I feel good. Somehow, I was speechless, so I feel like playing again. “
