A complaint filed by Power Sportz, India’s first live sports news and journalism channel, on June 16 in the office of the Commissioner of Police, Gurugram. It has been filed on the day of the India-Pakistan ICC World Cup match. The digital channel mentioned in its complaint that a person called the office of Power Sportz on 12th June, calling himself as an official worker of the Ambience Mall, Gurugram.
The alleged caller asked for the live streaming rights of the India-Pakistan match that for the screening at the Ambience Mall. But when the officials of Power Sportz asked for authorization documents, it was clear that the man was not an employee of the mall and he was masquerading to get information.
India’s first live sports news and journalism channel, Power Sportz, was launched on May 2018 at the Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.
