Match 13 of the 2026 ICC T20 World Cup Sub-Regional Europe Qualifier pits Sweden against Gibraltar, both teams hoping to get their campaign back on track after losing their first two games.
Both of the Group B teams have played two games with a similar trend thus far. Sweden’s opening match of the campaign ended in a 53-run loss to their Nordic rivals, Norway, while Gibraltar lost their opening match against Germany by 44 runs.
Afterwards, in their second games, Gibraltar and Sweden both suffered painful losses. Germany defeated Gibraltar by one wicket in a low-scoring encounter whereas Sweden fell to them by just two runs while chasing 221 runs.
This will put the first point on the board for one of these two teams.
